Canaan has become the Center point of the entire mountain as it is home to family run Quesos de Canaan, a well known biodynamic farm and artisanal cheese making project, a Chocolatier Shop, Bakery, Restaurant, local coffee producers and an incredible 7 frequency butterfly dome sanctuary named Casa Alegria. Locals and visitors gather here to indulge in small town delicacies and soft nightlife at the local restaurant Batsu.
